You and your home will receive my personal attention. Unlike some realtors, I purposely represent only 3-4 properties at any given time.
Why? Because we work at peak performance for you and your property EVERY DAY.
1. I’ll contact you every day to report on progress, review market conditions and discuss strategy.
2. We’ll monitor the presence of your property on the internet weekly.
3. We’ll monitor the effectiveness of the marketing campaign and create new programs that will capture and maintain the interest of the public and brokers.
4. We’ll visit with referrals from past clients and stay in touch with Realtors and buyers that have seen your property on-line or in person through showings or open houses.
5. We’ll distribute marketing brochures to all agents and brokers in the Evergreen/ Conifer/Marshdale/Genesee area (about 700) immediately and then every 6 weeks presenting a new highlight of the property. We will make follow-up calls to the majority of these recipients to remind them of the property.
6. We’ll handle the details too. We’ll work with title companies, engineers, county officials, well and septic professionals, and other consultants daily, if necessary, to insure that any issues are solved quickly and we can present accurate documents to Buyers and Brokers.
